Vampire Weekend Share Fun “Harmony Hall” Music Video

Featuring a Ezra cooking breakfast, a Jonah Hill cameo, and the bright green snake from  the album cover — this video is a trip.

The video is directed by Emmet Malloy and features many different symbols, possibly hinting at the other album covers from the singles that Ezra announced would be released in pairs ahead of the album. Overall, the video is a joyous time, featuring film burns left and right and constantly exhilarating exteriors that can make something as simple as cooking breakfast seem beautiful.

Last month, Vampire Weekend released two new songs, “Harmony Hall” and “2021”, the band’s first new music in six years. Ezra also revealed that Father of the Bride will be the title of Vampire Weekend’s new 18-track album, due sometime this Spring, and that there would be at least four more singles. You can find “Harmony Hall” on our Tasty! Jams playlists for January.
