“Notice” From Essex Is A Nostalgic Jam

New band Essex is great at making you feel like you’re going 75 in a convertible and the year is 1999.

 

“Notice”, the latest track from Essex, is a month old now but totally deserving of being named one of the last Tasty! Jams from June. Starting off slow with some longing vocals, “Notice” feels like something from Knox Hamilton or Colony House with a nice Indie Rock feeling. The song gets a little more experimental when the melody comes in though, utilizing synths and electric pianos to create a fantastic drop for an alternative track.
