Verzache returns with a chilling yet beautiful new track.
Zach Farache has been called a prodigy several times before but it can’t be said enough. The young artist from Toronto just shared a new single, “I Don’t Wanna Be Nothin’,” which showed off a very different side of Verzache. Unlike his last two releases, the upbeat “Feeling That Feel” and melodic “Cable,” his new track holds a much calmer presence and mainly just features Verzache’s beckoning vocals and guitar. The song’s lyrics are more reminiscent of Verzache’s work on Thought Pool, my #2 album of last year, with him often questioning his place and showing off some self-doubt. You can find “I Don’t Wanna Be Nothin'” on our Tasty! Jams playlists.
