Verzache Drops Heavy-Hitting New Song "Talk"

Verzache Drops Heavy-Hitting New Song “Talk”

Verzache shared a track on New Year’s Day for the second year in a row.

Start your new year off right with this deep new jam from Toronto’s Verzache. “Talk” feels like a cut from some of his older work as Zach Farache, blending acoustic instruments with heavy-hitting 808’s to create a mesmerizing effect. The followup to the somber “I Don’t Wanna Be Nothin” finds Verzache in a similar headspace but “Talk” is a less angelic track, instead opting to let the drums take over. Verzache shared a track on January 1st last year as well, the aptly titled “January” so let’s hope this becomes a tradition to make New Year’s Day a little bit better each year. You can find “Talk” from Verzache on our Tasty! Jams playlists.

Verzache’s “Cable” also made our Best Songs of 2019 playlist. Check out our full End of Year coverage here.

Verzache Is Feeling Himself On New Song “Feeling That Feel”

Verzache’s third new track of the year.

Toronto’s Verzache, formerly known as Zach Farache, has just shared what may be his most upbeat and energetic song to date, the vibey “Feeling That Feel.” Following his recent releases, May’s moody “Cable” and the more melodic “January,” “Feeling That Feel” shows some impressive growth for Verzache who seems to be trying out some new production styles on this track, keeping a fast tempo and relying heavily on the warm 808’s that bounce off his quick lyrics. That being said, however different the track may feel from some of Verzache’s other work, like last year’s Thought Poolwhich nabbed the #2 spot on my list of The Best Albums of 2018, it still has that gorgeous, angelic feel. You can find “Feeling That Feel” from Verzache on top of our Tasty! Jams playlists.

Verzache seamlessly blends genres on this vibe-filled new jam.

Verzache kicked off the new year with the appropriately titled “January” but since then has remained rather quiet, well, not counting his always entertaining Twitter account. But, musically, this is Zach Farache’s first new jam in a couple months and he hasn’t lost a single step of his game. “Cable” is unique blend of many different genres creating this paradoxical feeling of calmness even though there are heavy 808’s ringing about, bringing back the “Acoustic Trap” sound that we adored on Verzache’s last album, Thought Poolour #2 album of 2018. As always, his voice is angelic, each sound playing off another, and welcoming a big-mood. You can find “Cable” from Verzache on our Tasty! Jams playlists for May.

The Tasty! Jams From January

The Tasty! Jams From January

2019 is off to a damn good start.

There were 50, yes, I repeat, 50, songs from last month that I felt deserved the Tasty! tag. The month of January was jam packed with… well… jams!
